Empowering, organizing and mentoring farming community
Provision of time tested technologies/advice related to crop production and post production through modern extension techniques,i.e., Farm Field Schools
Provision & establishment of private agriculture extension services at farmers' door step
Provision of production and small business loan to ensure timely availability of farm inputs and income generation activities through establishing Revolving Fund in each project district
Ensuring timely availability of farm inputs and disposal of farm outputs by establishing Small Farmers Business Center in the cluster of 20-25 project villages
Availability of farm machinery for better production of farm crops by establishing farm implement pools in the project villages
To strengthen the bargaining power and reap the maximum benefit of collective marketing, crop commodity groups/clusters are made and linked with national/International marketing chain
