TENDER NOTICE
Sealed quotations/ offers are invited from reputed companies registered with GST for the purchase of Photocopier Machine & Multimedia Projector for the project "Special Program for Food Security and Productivity Enhancement of Small Farmers (Crop Maximization Project-II) (Ministry of Food and Agriculture), Islamabad. Terms and Conditions
i. List of clients and details of services provided.
ii. Quotations must be valid for 45 days.
iii. Each and every item should be quoted separately. Items quotes should be backed up by the sample.
vi. The consignment should be insured till the delivery at site.
vii. Participants are required to mention all taxes & GST separately.
viii. Income Tax shall be recovered from the bills.
ix. The payment of all taxes will be the responsibility of the participating firm/company.
x. Each bidder shall submit 2% earnest money in the shape of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of National Project Director, SPFS-CMP-II (Ministry of Food and Agriculture) Islamabad
xi. No bid will be entertained without earnest money.
xii. Participants are required to provide following details clearly
xiii. The delivery time of the order will be 15 days. If the suppliers/contractors fail to supply in time then penalty of Rs.1500 per day will be applicable.
xiv. All Government taxes / levies will be deducted at the time of making payments.
xv. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject/divide the order as per its requirements without assigning any reason
Complete tender in all respect without cutting / overwriting should reach to the undersigned along with attested copies of all necessary certificates and GST registration certificate before or on 13th December, 2010 by 1200 HRS. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 1400 HRS, in the office of National Project Director (CMP-II), House No. 116, Street No. 60, Sector I-8/3, Islamabad.
