Formation of Village Organization
Registration of Village Organization VO registers under Society’s Act 1925. Every VO assigns a registration number. After registering VO attain a legal position of corporate bodies. With this position, Village Organizations will be able to take part in various economic activities, such as running a business, buying or selling a property, hiring a property, getting into agreement with any trading partner, getting loans from banks and other credit institutions and lodge a law suit against any party/agency/ individual or defend a law suit lodged against them. |
